Hypnotherapy
Dr. Large combines her medical degree with hypnotherapy to assist her patients in resolving difficult health or emotional issues. Subconscious patterns may contribute to an existing medical condition. Within the subconscious mind lies a storehouse of memories and beliefs that may undermine our diets, healing processes, health goals, relationships, and personal success. Through a gentle interactive process, Dr. Large safely guides her patients into a deep state of relaxation where the subconscious mind can be accessed. Here the patient may dialogue with the parts of themselves that remain unhealed or visit past events that remain emotionally charged. With the appropriate naturopathic medical treatment, hypnotherapy can benefit many health conditions.
Medicinary
Shopping at health food stores for supplements can be overwhelming even for the most knowledgeable. Many high quality nutritional supplements are available through the office for established patients at reasonable prices. Please call, fax or email 7 days in advance for refills.
Office Visits
A comprehensive 1 & 1/2 hour initial office visit during which Dr. Large will elicit a complete picture of your present condition as well as your medical history, health concerns, diet and lifestyle. This is an individualized treatment plan created for
your unique health needs. A doctor who can address many of your health concerns rather than seeing multiple doctors.
Fees for Services
New Patient: 1.5 hours: $165
Follow-up: 1 hour: $105
45 minutes: $85
30 minutes: $65
Acute illness/phone consultation: 15 minutes: $35
IV nutrient push: $40-65
IV Therapy: $100 plus cost of nutrients
Note: Bring bottles/labels of supplements you are taking and
provide names and dosages of medications.

For those unable to find convenient qualified naturopathic medical care in their area or for follow-up to an office visit.
How Phone Consultations Work
1. Arrange an appointment time via email or phone.
2. Download, print out and fill out the appropriate intake
forms for your first phone consultation.
3. Return completed forms to our office via mail or fax(415-389-5424) prior to your phone consultation. On arranged appointment time you will call the office number at 415-389-5492.
Insurance
Your insurance company may partially reimburse for your visit.
I do not bill insurance, however, you’ll receive a receipt and superbill that you can submit as an insurance claim. You’re advised to check with your insurance company or company employee benefits administrator to find out whether or not your health insurance covers this consultation. Ask about coverage for naturopathic physicians licensed as primary care providers, and ask about second opinion consulting. Partial to full reimbursement for naturopathic service is available from United Health and Blue Cross.
