101 Freeway (N) to E. Blithedale exit.

Turn left on E. Blithedale.

From North Marin or East Bay

101 Freeway (S) to E. Blithedale exit. 
Turn right on E. Blithedale.

From E. Blithedale, drive west past 1 stoplight. Just after the gas station on the right, the road starts to veer left.  Turn right into Longs Drugstore parking lot. Cross to opposite side of parking lot.  Park. Clinic is in the professional building (surrounded by trees).
The entrance is next to the small one way street
